Shaanxi Institute of Advanced OEIC Technologies Co.,Ltd. is a technical service platform company established by Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision mechanics of CAS, Xi'an High-tech Zone and Ministry of Science and Technology in 2015, to build new public platform + technical service operation mode.
Now OEIC has a full-process technology team and 500+ sets of advanced compound chip key equipment , with 8,000㎡ of class 1000 to class 100000 clean rooms (R&D platform 5,000㎡ and pilot platform 3,000㎡), which can provide full-process technical services such as product R&D, pilot test and and detection for photon industry incubation project.The newly built "1+N" advanced photonic device engineering innovation platform, extends and builds N characteristic device process platforms around the main photonic devices process platform , and expands the process technology service capabilities for various innovative subjects in the photonic industry.
In the future, OEIC will actively build a leading innovation highland in regional photonic technology,and promote the formation of 100-billion-level photonics industry colony.
