Recently, Yang Junhong, General Manager of OEIC, was selected as the leading innovative talent project of the "Xi'an Talent Program" in 2021.

The announcement of the first batch of "Xi'an Talent Program" series of talent projects is one of the achievements of Xi'an in order to achieve new breakthroughs, actively promote the "ten key tasks", attract and gather more cutting-edge scientific and technological and industrial talents in Xi'an to innovate and start businesses in Xi'an, and strengthen the talent support of the "6+5+6+1" modern industrial system, and it is also the recognition and expectation of the selected people and enterprises.

Yang Junhong, general manager of the Optoelectronics Pilot Institute, is a professor-level senior engineer and serves as a member and director of many national and provincial industry agreements. He has successively undertaken the national 02 major special project, the 863 plan key project, the national defense technology foundation and aviation model, the provincial key research and development plan and other projects and project leaders, participated in dozens of national, provincial and ministerial projects, and formulated and revised more than 20 national and industry standards. In 2019, she became the general manager of Shaanxi Optoelectronics Pilot Institute Technology Co., Ltd., under her leadership, Optoelectronics Pilot Institute re-established its business policy, development direction and business strategy, expanded its business on the basis of the original compound sharing platform and began to build an "advanced photonic device engineering innovation platform".

Among them, the key newly built "1+N" advanced photonic device engineering innovation platform, around the main process platform of photonic devices, extends and jointly builds N characteristic device process platforms, expands the process technology service capabilities for various innovative subjects in the photonic industry, and will effectively promote the sustainable innovation and development of the photonic industry.

In the future, the Optoelectronics Pilot Institute will actively build a leading innovation highland in regional photonic technology and promote the formation of a 100-billion-level photonics industry cluster.
