As a leading advanced photonic device engineering innovation platform, it has a total construction area of 30,000 square meters, 3,000 square meters of clean workshop and more than 60 sets of professional equipment.

The platform consists of a R&D platform and a pilot platform. The 4-6-inch public technology R&D service platform has the ability to develop various photonic chips including compound chips, providing public technical services for product R&D for continuous introduction of photonic innovation enterprises and accelerating their product engineering. In 2021, it will conquer many core processes such as lithography, etching, and evaporation in the 6-inch VCSEL chip manufacturing process. The 6-inch pilot platform provides process foundry services for compound chips with GaAs and GaN as the main line, provides process technology services for the development of optoelectronic chip projects and the transformation of achievements, and accelerates customer product innovation.
